What is the shelf life of the mask?
The shelf life of our mask is 2 years. Since we do not use any harsh chemical preservatives, our mask shelf life is 2 yrs whereas most masks in the market have 3 years of shelf life.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

What if my product is damaged during transit?
Please contact us for returns and exchanges. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Do you ship Internationally?
No, unfortunately, we can not ship internationally at this time.

What skin types are ChokChok skin’s products best for?
Our mask is formulated with mature skin in mind, however, it is good for all types of skin. For younger skin, use once every 4-5 days and for mature skin, use every 2-3 days for optimal benefit.

Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not!! We are very strong on the stance of “NO ANIMAL TESTING”. Furthermore, we will not sell to any countries where they require animal testing. We take a strong stance on anti-animal cruelty.

Will I get a tracking number with my order?
You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number when your order ships.

What are your forms of payment?
We accept all major CCs, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay

Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, our sheet masks are safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
